Remove trash, cleaning supplies, countertop clutter, and other distracting items.
Open blinds and curtains to let in natural light and showcase the views.
Turn on all interior lights and lamps, and replace any burned-out bulbs.
Put away toiletries, pet supplies, excess family photos, and other personal belongings.
Move vehicles from the driveway and put away trash cans, hoses, toys, and outdoor clutter.
Please keep pets safely secured or away from the property while our team is working.
Please complete cleaning, staging, repairs, and contractor work before your scheduled shoot time.
