Real Estate Video That Makes a Home Feel Like Home

Photos show buyers what a property looks like.
Video helps them imagine what life could feel like inside it.

VIDEO WITH A PURPOSE

Don't Just Show the Rooms. Tell the Story.

A great real estate video should do more than move a camera from the kitchen to the living room.

It should have a beginning, a rhythm, a point of view, and a reason for every shot.

We think about:

  • What should viewers see first?

  • What makes this property different?

  • Which spaces deserve more time?

  • How should the video feel?

  • What would make someone imagine living here?

  • How can this listing strengthen the Realtor's brand?

Camera movement is only one part of filmmaking.

Story is what makes people remember it.

OUR STYLE

Luxury. Emotional. Story-Driven.

Trends change quickly.

Speed ramps change. Transitions change. Editing styles change. Social algorithms definitely change.

Storytelling doesn't.

Soldwell's filmmaking style is built around creating an elevated experience that feels intentional rather than simply trendy.

We want viewers to feel welcomed into the property.

We want them to feel comfortable.

We want them to imagine a quiet morning with coffee in the kitchen, friends gathering around the island, children playing in the backyard, or the calm that comes from walking into your home at the end of a long day.

A home is supposed to feel like somewhere you belong.

Our videos should make you feel that too.

TWO WAYS TO TELL THE STORY

Listing Reels

Built primarily for social media.

Our vertical listing videos are typically 45–60 seconds and formatted in 9:16 for platforms such as Instagram Reels.

They're designed to quickly capture attention while still maintaining the elevated Soldwell look.

Depending on your selected service, listing reels may include:

  • Vertical 9:16 delivery

  • Approximately 45–60 second runtime

  • Professional editing

  • Drone footage when flight conditions and regulations allow

  • Licensed music

  • Captions

  • Realtor introductions or outros

  • Script development

  • Property highlights

  • Social-ready delivery

Listing Reels are included with our Showcase Package and can also be booked à la carte.

Cinematic Property Films

For listings that deserve more room to breathe.

Our horizontal cinematic films can run up to approximately two minutes and are designed to create a deeper sense of the property's architecture, lifestyle, details, and story.

They're ideal for property websites, YouTube, supported listing platforms, luxury marketing, and Realtor brand content.

Cinematic films can include:

  • Horizontal 16:9 delivery

  • Up to approximately two minutes

  • Story-driven editing

  • Aerial drone footage where permitted

  • Licensed music

  • Captions when appropriate

  • Professional scripting

  • Realtor-led storytelling

  • Detailed property cinematography

  • Lifestyle and architectural moments

Both our Listing Reel and Cinematic Film are included within the Signature Package.

They can also be booked separately.

REALTOR-LED VIDEO

We'll Build the Story. You Be the Star.

You don't have to know what to say before you arrive.

That's our job.

Soldwell can help develop the concept, identify the property's strongest talking points, write the script, and guide you through your delivery on camera.

You bring your personality.

We'll help with the rest.

And if being on camera makes you uncomfortable, you're not alone.

Most people aren't naturally comfortable talking into a lens.

We'll guide you through the process, work through multiple takes when necessary, and help you approach the camera less like you're performing for thousands of strangers and more like you're talking to one client sitting across from you.

Because Realtor-led videos shouldn't feel like advertisements.

They should feel like you.

THE LISTING IS ALSO MARKETING YOU

Sell This Home. Win the Next Listing.

When Soldwell produces a listing video, we're thinking beyond the property currently on the market.

We're asking:

How can this video help the Realtor win another client?

Your future sellers are watching what you do for your current sellers.

A beautifully produced property film demonstrates the level of marketing, creativity, and attention someone can expect when they hire you.

That's why we don't view video only as an expense for one listing.

It becomes part of your personal brand.

Part of your portfolio.

And part of the story you can show the next homeowner who asks:

“What are you going to do differently to market my house?”

EVERY HOUSE HAS SOMETHING TO SAY

Find What Makes It Different.

There is no universal formula for filming a home.

One property may have a chef's kitchen with high-end appliances and custom countertops.

Another might have incredible backyard views.

Another could feature architecture with a story worth explaining.

We've photographed and filmed properties with everything from televisions hidden inside floors to private bowling alleys.

But a property doesn't need something extravagant to deserve thoughtful storytelling.

Every home has something worth noticing.

Before filming, we'll learn about the property and communicate with you about the features that matter most.

That could mean focusing on:

  • The kitchen

  • Primary suite

  • Architecture

  • Natural light

  • Windows and views

  • Outdoor living

  • Backyard

  • Acreage

  • Neighborhood

  • Amenities

  • Custom finishes

  • Renovations

  • Interior design

  • History of the property

  • Lifestyle surrounding the home

Then we build the video around what makes this listing different from the next one.

CINEMATIC TECHNIQUES

Movement Should Have a Reason.

We use a range of filmmaking techniques depending on the property and the story we're telling.

That can include:

  • Smooth cinematic camera movement

  • Slow motion

  • Speed ramps

  • Drone reveals

  • Architectural compositions

  • Detail shots

  • Foreground movement

  • Natural-light transitions

  • Lifestyle moments

  • Creative transitions

  • Sound design

  • Ambient audio

  • Pacing changes throughout the film

But we don't use techniques simply because they're trending.

A speed ramp doesn't automatically make a video cinematic.

Neither does slow motion.

Neither does an expensive camera.

Every creative decision should support the property.

Sometimes the right approach is energetic and fast.

Sometimes the camera needs to slow down and let the architecture speak.

The home determines the filmmaking—not the trend.

MUSIC THAT FITS THE HOME

The Sound Should Belong to the Story.

Music plays a major role in how a property feels on screen.

Rather than placing the same trending song behind every listing, we select licensed music that complements the architecture, atmosphere, and intended audience.

A traditional Georgia home might call for warm acoustic or folk-inspired music.

A contemporary property may work better with a modern, sophisticated soundtrack.

A luxury home may need something quieter, slower, and more exclusive.

We can also consider your personal brand.

If you're developing a recognizable style across your videos, talk with us about the sound you want associated with your content.

The goal is to find the balance between the identity of the home and the identity of the Realtor marketing it.

DRONE VIDEO

Show More Than What's Inside the Walls.

Drone footage is normally incorporated into our property videos when it benefits the story.

It can help establish:

  • The property's location

  • Acreage

  • Exterior architecture

  • Neighborhood

  • Nearby amenities

  • Views

  • Landscaping

  • Scale of the property

Before the shoot, we'll research the location to determine whether drone operations are permitted.

Drone footage is captured by appropriately licensed FAA Part 107 pilots, and our drone operators are insured.

Safety and legal flight requirements always come before getting the shot.

VIDEO TURNAROUND

Quality Takes Intention.

Our standard turnaround for real estate video is within 48 hours.

Unlike photography, we generally don't rush video editing simply to deliver it a few hours sooner.

Video involves much more than placing clips on a timeline.

We're considering pacing, music, story, color, sound, captions, transitions, property highlights, and how everything works together.

For particularly complex projects or periods of unusually high production volume, delivery may occasionally require 72–96 hours.

If that happens, we'll communicate with you clearly rather than leaving you wondering where your video is.

Our priority remains simple:

Deliver it quickly without sacrificing the quality you hired us for.

HOW LONG DOES FILMING TAKE?

A dedicated video session for a property around 3,500 square feet may take up to approximately three hours.

Larger properties, Realtor-led productions, extensive acreage, multiple filming locations, or more complex cinematic projects may require additional time.

Why longer than photography?

Because filmmaking isn't just documenting every room.

We're waiting for movement.

Finding light.

Creating transitions.

Capturing details.

Repeating movements when necessary.

Recording Realtor segments.

And thinking about how one shot will connect to the next before we even begin editing.

IS VIDEO ONLY FOR LUXURY LISTINGS?

No.

Not every listing needs a two-minute cinematic production.

But great video isn't reserved for multimillion-dollar homes either.

The question shouldn't only be:

“Is this house expensive enough for video?”

A better question is:

“What do I want this marketing to accomplish?”

A vertical listing reel may help an everyday property reach more people on social media.

A Realtor-led video can establish your expertise.

A cinematic property film can elevate a remarkable home.

And consistent video marketing can show future sellers how seriously you take your listings.

We'll help determine which level of production makes sense for the property and your marketing goals.

VIDEO + PHOTOGRAPHY

Photos Show It. Video Lets You Experience It.

Professional photography is essential to marketing real estate.

We believe video does something different.

A photograph freezes a beautiful moment.

Video connects those moments together.

It lets someone walk from the foyer into the living room.

See sunlight move across a wall.

Travel from inside the house into the backyard.

Understand how one space connects with another.

Feel the scale of the property.

Hear the story from the Realtor, architect, designer, builder, or homeowner.

Photos help buyers see the home.
Video helps buyers feel it.

FEEDBACK MATTERS

Your Brand Isn't Ours to Ignore.

One of the most valuable lessons we've received came from working with luxury Realtors:

Luxury shouldn't necessarily look like every trending real estate Reel.

It should feel different.

More considered.

More exclusive.

We agreed.

That's one reason storytelling has become such an important part of our approach.

And that same philosophy applies to working with you.

If you have preferences about pacing, music, presentation, messaging, or the way you want your brand represented, tell us.

We'll listen.

Because Soldwell shouldn't force every Realtor into the same template.

Our job is to help your marketing feel stronger and more recognizable.
