Do I need to be present during the appointment?

No.

As long as the property is accessible and properly prepared, our team can complete the appointment without the Realtor being present.

Do you offer Zillow 3D Tours for commercial properties?

Zillow 3D Home interactive floor plans are designed for residential properties and residential spaces. Zillow does not currently support commercial property listings for this feature. If you're marketing a commercial property, contact us to discuss the appropriate floor plan and media options.
