For properties that call for something different, we can also create a more elevated, editorial approach inspired by luxury architecture and interior publications.

Depending on the size and features of the property, a typical listing may receive approximately 50–75 professionally edited HDR images.
Photography is available as an à la carte service and is also included within the Wenmere listing media packages.

HOW LONG DOES PHOTOGRAPHY TAKE?
Every home is different, but as a general guideline:
A property around 3,500 square feet may take approximately 45–75 minutes to photograph.
Properties around 5,000+ square feet may require approximately 2–3 hours, depending on the layout, property features, acreage, and requested media.
If you're booking photography alongside video, drone, 3D tours, or other services, additional time may be required.

Our standard turnaround is within 48 hours. Morning photography appointments may qualify for same-day photo delivery depending on the schedule and scope of the property.
How many photographs will I receive?
The number varies depending on the size, layout, and features of the property. Most listings receive approximately 50–75 professionally edited images.
Is drone photography included?
Aerial photography is included with our Showcase and Signature listing packages and typically includes approximately five aerial images. Drone operations are performed by FAA Part 107 licensed pilots.
Do you offer photography without purchasing a package?
Yes. Real estate photography can be booked à la carte or as part of one of our listing media packages.
Are floor plans included?
Yes. Our three listing packages include a floor plan and property website.
Can you remove objects or make additional edits?
Yes. We can help with services including object removal, sky replacement, TV replacement, lawn enhancements, fireplace enhancements, window pulls, and other retouching requests. Additional fees may apply for more extensive edits.
Do you photograph properties outside Atlanta?
Yes. Atlanta is our primary service area, but we accept travel projects by request.
How should my seller prepare the property?
After booking, we'll send you our Pre-Shoot Checklist to share with your seller so the property is ready before our media specialist arrives.
